Policies

Purchases:  We accept cash, checks, Visa and MasterCard.

Special Orders:  Special requests require a 50% deposit, orders can usually be picked up in less than a week.

Down Payments:  Down Payments are the only way that animals or certain purchases may be held for customers.  A minimum of 20% is required to hold for a week.  After one week a boarding fee will be added to the deposit or at the time of pickup, this is applied to all live animal purchases.  To ensure fairness to customers and animals alike all deposits placed on any item is non-refundable.

Returns:  We offer refunds for supplies returned with original packaging and store receipt within 14 days of purchase.  Any items without a receipt may be given a store credit or exchange.  Our fish are guaranteed for 48 hours.  If you have a problem with recently purchased fish, be sure to bring a sample of your water for a free diagnosis to spot the cause of your issue. Due to Department of Agriculture guidelines and for the safety of our store animals, we are unable to accept returns on live animals, so please ask as many questions as you like to make sure that the animal you want is right for you.
